Responsibilities
Perform varied cell and molecular biology techniques including cell culture, imaging, protein, and RNA analysis
Develop and execute cell-based multi-well plate assays to ensure timely and high-quality data delivery
Troubleshoot assays to ensure quality control and reproducibility
Analyze, interpret and effectively present data at team meetings

Required
B.S. or M.S. in cell or molecular biology or a related life sciences
Significant experience (2+ years, title will reflect experience) with the culture of mammalian cells, cell-based assay development and execution; industry experience preferred
Experience with a range of cell and molecular biology techniques, including ELISA, qPCR, and Western blotting
Proficiency with data analysis software including Excel and Graphpad Prism
Attention to detail; must be precise and meticulous in the execution of experiments
Critical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills
Collaborative spirit, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are a must
Preferred
Experience with cell imaging systems and image analyses is a plus
