Responsibilities
Assisting staff with training, questions, problems and backlog
Meeting with staff weekly as a group and monthly on an individual basis, and providing performance feedback as applicable
Receiving, reviewing, approving, and /or denying revenue adjustments under $250.00 or as designated by the client
Receiving, reviewing, approving, and/or denying time off requests and timesheets from staff
Coordinating month-end process and completing it on or before the deadline dates assigned
Assisting managers with analyzing weekly/monthly reports such as denial and transaction report
Participating in the training and/or mentoring programs

Required
2-4 years related work experience
Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
Working in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
Performing other responsibilities as assigned
