Responsibilities

Perform cell culture activities including thawing, maintenance, freezing with sterile technique

Perform hybridoma fusion

Perform ELISA, WB, and flow cytometry analysis

Support changing priorities and maintain lab supplies

Enforce lab safety and GLP

Perform antigen formulation and rodent immunization

Conduct purification of antibodies and update databases

Lead Jr. lab members, coordinate projects assigned by the manager, and handle other required responsibilities
