Responsibilities
Actively respond to inquiries from Sales and Leadership in a professional way
Design and model different outcomes and scenarios
Be involved in all aspects of sales compensation and operations
Maintain commission systems and related data for accuracy
Calculate variable payments on a frequent basis
Assist in design and preparation of sales compensation plans
Assist with liability tracking and forecast projections
Provide ad-hoc research and analysis on other related variable pay projects as identified by management

Required
Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree
5 + years’ experience in a sales compensation role
Strong knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts and methodologies
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word software applications
Salesforce CRM savvy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
CaptivateIQ experience or similar ICM and/or SPM system.
Accuracy and focused attention to detail
Preferred
Expertise with business intelligence software; Tableau experience
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Self-starter and hardworking, with a track record of success and drive for achievement
