Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and set demonstration appointments for account executives
Establish a sales pipeline to evaluate the efficiency of individual sales strategies and staying updated on the latest developments in the industry
Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements
Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
Move solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging web meetings, emails, or phone calls
Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting

Required
1+ years of SDR experience in a SaaS company
strong organizational and time management skills, always working with a sense of urgency
positive attitude and strong work ethic
ability to embrace a little bit of startup scrappiness
proficient in CRM use
excellent communication skills, both written and oral
ability to work independently and on a team
adaptable to new features and releases in software
able to pass a background check
