Sr. Sales Manager (B2C) - Remote

Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of Sales Solutions Specialists and Admissions Counselors, ensuring that they have the tools, support, and motivation to reach sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies focused on B2C growth for Edovate brands, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance data, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback to your team to drive improvement and ensure targets are met.
Continuously train and develop the sales team, ensuring they stay knowledgeable about Edovate’s offerings, sales best practices, and industry trends.
Ensure that all client interactions provide a high level of service and satisfaction, building lasting relationships with families and ensuring positive outcomes for students.
Identify and implement improvements in sales processes, from lead generation to closing, to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless operations and strong support for sales efforts.
Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and potential areas of growth.

Required
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
Proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed revenue goals
Excels in creating new avenues and processes for achieving success as well as managing team accountability and problem solving
Experience with B2C sales in education or a similar service industry
Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
A data-driven approach to tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement
Extremely proficient in the use of CRM and sales management tools and platforms, specifically HubSpot
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in both clients and team members
Ability to work in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and structure
