Responsibilities
Extensive experience in Salesforce technologies
Understand the Salesforce Application Architecture and collaborate with Customer IT SMEs/Architects
Lead Design Walkthrough, Demo sessions
Possess a solid background in UI and UI UX Designs with demonstrable experience
Strong Hand on experience in Designing Salesforce Application, Architecture, customization, Configuration, Integration, Lightning framework(LWC)
Coordinate and manage offshore developers to create customized solutions to fulfill business requirements
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UI and UX designs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all UI and UX design processes.
Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Authoring & reviewing technical artifacts such as Design Documents etc.
Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Admin tasks and configurations.
Deliver training and support to team members on Salesforce and related technologies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Required
