Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Design, configure, and implement SAP modules, including [specific modules, e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP Group Reporting, etc.].
Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth implementation and operation.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Stay updated on SAP advancements, tools, and technologies to recommend system improvements.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including blueprints, test plans, and user manuals.
Support data migration and integration activities during system upgrades or new implementations.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards during system deployment.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with expertise in one or more SAP modules.
In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, architecture, and integration points.
Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to SAP solutions.
Experience with SAP implementation and support projects, including system configuration and customization.
Proficiency in ABAP programming and debugging (if technical expertise is required).
Familiarity with SAP best practices and methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP S/4HANA).
Experience with SAP Group Reporting, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or financial consolidation.
Knowledge of cloud-based SAP solutions and integrations.
Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies in SAP projects.
Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
