Responsibilities

Identify customers that may be at risk of churning within the Sr. Scaled segment
Engage with customers that may be at risk of churn
Resolve outstanding issues and save customers from churning
Receive and manage churn situations handed off by other CSMs
Manage assigned and self-generated Call To Action (CTAs) and keep info updated and accurate for reliable reporting
Qualify Expansion Opportunities as they arise and handoff to Corporate Account Managers through Gainsight

Customer success experienceChurn managementExcelGoogle Sheets

Required

A minimum of 3-5 years of customer success/retention experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively and independently
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Be a self-starter and exhibit a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
An ability to calmly handle difficult situations and solve customer problems
Detail-oriented and organized
