Responsibilities

Act as a Technical Scrum Master to plan, prioritize, and manage work for Salesforce integration projects.
Serve as a technical data liaison between the project team and enterprise architects.
Oversee and coordinate the delivery of MLS deliverables and components for all Salesforce-related projects.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address roadblocks and improve workflow efficiency.
Guide the team in adopting Agile best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Actively manage project scope, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
Foster transparency, accountability, and open communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Required

7-10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.
Extensive experience with Salesforce, including integrations.
Proficient in SQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Python, and MuleSoft.
Familiarity with Health Cloud and Data Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile frameworks.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, and collaboration.
Ability to manage change management processes effectively.
Self-awareness, empathy, and the ability to motivate and empower others.
Skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and providing constructive feedback.

Preferred

Experience in the healthcare industry.
Relevant certifications, such as:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM)
