Sr. Scrum Master Coach/ SAFe Certified Consultant needed to manage and coach two teams. Must have performed Program Incremental (PI) Planning and have experience tracking and reporting on budgets.

Must reside in California within driving distance to Los Angeles for PI Planning events
SAFe Scrum Master Certification or SPC Certification
Experience in PI Planning
Located in the Los Angeles area for potential onsite client visits and quarterly PI Planning
SAFe Certification 6.0
Facilitated and completed Program Incremental (PI) Planning, budgeting, and reporting
Experience with working or understanding validation procedures and timelines in a pharma regulatory organization
Experience working with various Product Owners (PO)
Execute, facilitate all the ceremonies, and keep everyone on the train
Jira experience

Preferred

Preferable experience working in a Lifesciences, pharma domain
Soft Skills: Work with a very broad set of stakeholders, Standing up varying teams, Be able to provide a consistent ceremony, Need to roll up neatly, Remote facilitation experience, Asynchronous player experience, Strong communicator, Active Listener, Team Player, Confident
