Responsibilities
Oversee the development, implementation, and management of SEO strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure their ongoing growth and success.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that integrate SEO best practices and maximize organic search visibility and performance.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO team, staying current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of demand generation techniques and SEO strategies.
Monitor and analyze clients' SEO performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports, insights, and recommendations to inform ongoing optimization efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PPC, content, web development, and strategy, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results.
Provide content direction based on keyword strategy and client’s objectives and marketing goals.
Identify and address technical SEO issues, working with the team to implement solutions that enhance site performance and user experience.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field of SEO.
Assist in documenting SOPs and identifying KPIs for the SEO department.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B demand generation agency or marketing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniques.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive growth and meet client objectives.
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to clients and team members.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Leadership experience, with a focus on fostering a positive and growth-oriented team culture.
A technical aptitude and ability to effectively communicate with web developers and technical teams.
