Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Native Discovery and AWS Cloud Discovery.

Configure and customize discovery solutions to meet organizational needs.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for discovery processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow Discovery.

Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate asset and configuration data.

Provide training and support to team members on discovery tools and processes.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and best practices.

Propose enhancements to improve discovery accuracy and efficiency.
