Responsibilities

Lead critical projects to improve the scalability and reliability of IT infrastructure

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline IT operations

Develop and maintain robust monitoring and alerting systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges

Mentor junior team members and share expertise through documentation and presentations

Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 reliability of systems

Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventative measures

Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance IT operations

Strong software engineering skills with a focus on production-ready code
