Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and implementing the overarching organic social media strategy, guiding content creation, platform engagement, and audience growth initiatives.
Strategize and execute organic social campaigns for Dose to support business objectives, including community growth, product launches, and brand milestones, overseeing the process from start to finish.
Serve as the 'editor-in-chief' for all social content to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines while executing content production and organizing requests for channel needs.
Work closely with the Head of Content to develop and launch new product strategy for upcoming product launch (Q1).
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content, including photo and video shoots, contributing to editorial direction, storytelling, and sourcing on-brand user-generated content.
Develop on-brand, strategy-aligned content that leverages current platform trends, reflecting our brand’s style, voice, and aesthetics, while repurposing existing content libraries for new concepts.
Regularly create engaging and unique content for Instagram and TikTok that fosters audience interaction, increases company site presence, and promotes participation.
Collaborate with the paid media team to maximize collaboration opportunities, ensuring a cohesive strategy across paid and organic efforts.
Drive the scaling of our TikTok shop by spearheading content creation and partnership initiatives.
Manage launch and growth of Facebook Community Group for product subscribers to drive engagement and retention.
Stay informed on social media best practices and emerging trends, experimenting with new ideas to boost performance and engagement.
Analyze social media performance using analytical tools, driving strategy with insights and tracking against KPIs through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Manage comprehensive community engagement efforts across all platforms
Respond to direct messages promptly, ensuring a personal and brand-aligned interaction with the audience.
Address customer issues through direct messages, providing solutions and maintaining positive brand perception.
Reshare stories from customers and creators sharing their Dose product
Actively reply to comments

Required
3-5 years in the social media marketing space, preferable DTC
Demonstrated success in growing Instagram and TikTok brand pages, with a strong portfolio showcasing past achievements and strategies implemented.
Experience in utilizing data analytics to inform and drive creative strategies
Knowledgeable about TikTok Shop functionalities and best practices
Comfortable with being in front of the camera
