Responsibilities

Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design a product that meets customers’ needs

Implement end-to-end new features and functionality in the product

Propose innovative ideas that lead to a product delighting customers and creating business impact

Raise the bar on quality, testing, and performance to ensure reliable product performance for customers

Help develop best practices and standards to strengthen the team

Own outages and failures by participating in on-call with the team

Continually improve the codebase and systems to increase team velocity and scale
