Sr. Software Engineer – Service Now (SAM Pro)

Responsibilities
Create integrations focused on SaaS tools for IT and LOB software including pre-built integrations and customized APIs.
Focus on further developing and fine-tuning the SAMPro application including normalizing software and tracking usage and overall data accuracy.
Actively seek process improvement opportunities focused on automation for the SAMPro and VM teams.
Frequently partner within and outside IT on solutions and implement/drive change to accelerate SAMPro adoption, firmwide.
Complete quality assurance reviews of SAMPro and other ServiceNow-related stories.
Act as a developer for moderate ITAM workloads.

Required
2-5 years of experience with SAMPro.
Experience in a large-scale technology environment.
Preferred
Experience with QA.
Experience in IT Asset Management or IT Procurement.
Experience with ITAM or HAM in addition to SAM.
