Responsibilities

Stay current with latest product releases and product roadmap
Conduct product demonstrations (in-person and remote)
Identify and document gaps between Alkami product line and financial institution (FI) expectations.
Liaise with Alkami Product and Sales teams to resolve gaps and document solutions to the mutual satisfaction the interested parties
Work with Alkami Client Sales Executives to qualify and identify prospect needs
Support Alkami Client Success Managers to aid existing clients in the adoption and utilization of their existing Alkami solution(s)
Position Alkami against competitor strengths and weaknesses
Create presentations and diagrams to capture sales requirements
Participate actively in site-visit preparation meetings
Act as a trusted consultant for prospects during the due diligence process
Work with the Alkami Product team to best fit prospect requests with Product roadmap
Participate in new client kick off meetings and facilitate handoff from Sales to Operations
Lead breakout sessions during annual Alkami Client Conference
Remain current with industry trends, vendor relationships, etc
Other duties as assigned

Required

8+ years Solution Consulting or related experience
Experience in data and marketing as well as digital banking or financial services industry
Excellent at documenting technical requirements
Astute and Engaging Presenter: Ability to present and develop rapport with prospects
Professional Aggressiveness: Expressed attitude and desire to achieve
Technically Articulate: Ability to communicate technical solutions to a non-technical audience
Experience participating in medium to large sized deals ($1MM to $10MM)

Preferred

Deep understanding of banks, credit unions, marketing and analytics and MarTech systems.
Experience as data and marketing practitioner at a bank or related financial services company or as an employee of a MarTech provider supporting financial institutions.

We need someone who understands the intricacies of data and marketing within a financial institution. They should be able to partner effectively with our sales executives to help shape and position tailored solutions that make a meaningful difference to community financial institutions' everyday operations and customer interactions.
Efficient with Google Enterprise Apps and Microsoft Office
