Responsibilities
Consult with stakeholders to understand and address business challenges related to employee and patient experiences
Support the execution and evaluation of global employee and patient experience programs
Analyze data from surveys and focus groups to identify improvement opportunities for experience programs
Collaborate with various HR functions and business areas to implement and modify experience programs
Develop presentations and promotional materials related to experience programs and present findings to stakeholders

Required
Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Behavior; PhD preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in program design and/or organizational consulting, focusing on employee or patient experience
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful experience-related programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint for creating presentations
Preferred
Experience with statistical analysis and business analytics
Familiarity with change management and organizational effectiveness
Experience managing projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring
Knowledge of supporting employee and patient surveys and analytics
