Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of analysis tools and instrumentation for the runtime software and firmware of a custom highly parallel AI processor

Develop automated systems to gather and report diagnostic data from in house and customer installations.

Analyze diagnostic data identify and resolve issues.

Ensure tools are scalable and can handle complex, multi-threaded software environments.

Work closely with the customer support team to provide insights and solutions for customer-reported problems.

Continuously improve the tools based on feedback and technological advancements.
