Responsibilities
Defines the vision and sets the strategy for sophisticated and highly-technical products with deep collaborator engagement
Accountable for all decisions related to the product
Acts as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME) understanding business rules/logic, defining critical metrics, and maintaining product analytics
Partners with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences
Develops cases to secure funding for new capabilities
Collaborates with technology partners on vision, strategy, roadmap prioritization, and release schedule
Partners with various teams to identify operational and user implications/impacts as part of release planning
Acts as a liaison between business and engineering/delivery teams, representing business needs and end users
Handles and leads collaborators, acts as a point of escalation for cross-functional teams, and defines operational activities within the organization

Required
Bachelor's of Science or equivalent
An understanding of the end-to-end SDLC
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
Teammate able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others and move toward consensus
Excellent situational analysis, data analysis and decision-making abilities
Flexible, adaptable, and ability to handle ambitious priorities
7 years of Previous product management experience
4 years of Digital product management experience for web and mobile applications, preferably consumer-facing, including experience in developing product strategy, roadmaps, and shown success launching new digital products
2 years’ experience of Digital product management in sophisticated, matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaborators
2 years’ experience writing requirements in an agile environment and collaborating with UX and engineering teams
2 years’ experience representing and championing the voice of the customer across the organization
Preferred
