Responsibilities

Support the development and production of complex multi-function modules for high reliability applications throughout the product life cycle.

Work on highly innovative and ingenious technical solutions for complex problems independently.

Plan research & development programs, recommend technologies, and design advanced applications for new products/business opportunities.

Mentor less experienced engineers, contribute to proposals, and collaborate with various engineering disciplines and support personnel.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field

Experience in RF and microwave design

Experience supporting the development and production of complex multi-function modules

Ability to work on complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions

Experience planning research & development programs

Experience designing and developing new applications resulting in new products/business opportunities

Ability to mentor less experienced engineers

Ability to collaborate with other engineering disciplines and support personnel

Eligibility for access to classified information

Preferred

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field

Experience as a subject matter expert in RF/microwave engineering

Experience authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts

Experience with government security investigations

Experience in operational product development

Experience in hardware engineering, systems engineering, or circuit design

Experience in manufacturing support
