Responsibilities
Operational Change Management: Identify and implement operational changes that elevate efficiency and adapt to increasing volumes.
Forecasting & Demand Planning: Accurately forecast demand to ensure that production aligns with customer needs, balancing inventory levels to optimize costs and minimize risk.
Risk Profiling: Assess risks and opportunities within the supply chain, making strategic decisions on whether to adjust production or carry additional inventory.
Vendor & Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers. Confidently push back when needed to advocate for the company’s interests, ensuring accountability and alignment with business objectives.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve supplier or logistics issues effectively to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and other tools to build models that inform decision-making processes around supply chain management.
Adaptability: Thrive in a high-paced environment, rapidly adjusting to changes and challenges as they arise.

Required
4-8 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the DTC space
Strong proficiency in Excel and model building
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make data-driven decisions
Proven ability to confidently manage external relationships and negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in CPG is a bonus
Familiarity with other supply chain management tools is an asset
