Responsibilities

Assist with OpenShift, supporting Advanced Cluster Management (ACM) and Single Node OpenShift (SNO).

Deploy automation API’s as needed

Create and utilize MOPs

Deploy and manage virtualization/containerization platforms as provided by multiple vendors.

Execute continuous integration, continuous deployment while leveraging DevOps best practices.

Provide advisement on troubleshooting and the triage of problem reports, resolutions and escalate as required.

Implementing enhancements and bug fixes to existing applications and services.

Utilize provided DevOps tools and frameworks

Work with provided relational databases and write complex SQL queries as required.

Perform Linux configuration and administration.

Utilize provided monitoring, log management tools, and Ericsson tools

Troubleshoot hardware, network, and application issues.

Deploy automation using both Ansible and Bash scripting.

Identify bugs, analyze alternatives, recommend and resolve issues related to vendor equipment.

Configure and Troubleshoot IPv4/IPv6 issues related to Unicast such as BGP (Border Gateway protocol) and OSPF (open shortest path first) and multicast such as PIM (Protocol independent multicast).

Implement solutions related to Multicast routing.

Optimize the network performance by reducing the latency, use the ticketing tools, monitor the network nodes and enforce the security standard implementation.

Drive low latency, network performance issues and prepare technical documentation after resolving issues.
