Responsibilities

Developing/deploying to on-prem servers

Knowledge of IT/security services

Someone who can travel and be at customer sites but at the same time be co-located in India to work closely with engg and Mktg

IT person to work with an IT person on the customer side

Person who can work effectively with the product engineering team

Ideal candidate will have SaaS+ on-prem SW installation + security + network experience

Network topologies like peer-to-peer, Network bridge, router-based network topology, LAN

Auto detection - any network issues, port blocks

Ensure high availability in a dynamically changing network environment
