Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and activities of Operations
Managing multiple teams and service providers to ensure optimal infrastructure, security, and operations performance
Work closely with Data Center Services providers and Systems Architects to develop and execute the Technology Roadmap Plan
Oversee major infrastructure projects
Ensure compliance with security, disaster recovery, and operational standards
Supervising server support, physical database, and application teams
Managing infrastructure changes, expansions, migrations, and modernization projects
Conducting audits and reviewing legislative and business requirements
Maintaining operational documentation such as Security Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans
Providing technical expertise on ecosystem changes, security events, and root cause analysis for severity-level events
Ensuring adherence to operational procedures and industry standards in a dynamic 24/7 environment

Required
8+ years of experience overseeing data center services, including compute and storage for 24/7 environments.
Proven experience supervising infrastructure and operations resources.
Strong expertise in establishing goals for infrastructure, security, and operational performance.
Extensive experience with technical implementation, scheduling, and problem resolution, including infrastructure changes.
Comprehensive understanding of data center operations to support critical functions.
Demonstrated ability to lead server support, database, and application teams.
Experience working with Data Center Services providers to develop strategic Technology Roadmaps.
Proficient in overseeing audits, managing hardware and software migrations, and maintaining compliance with operational requirements.
Experience with 24/7 on-call support.
Preferred
5+ years of experience with DevOps and DevOps tools.
4+ years of experience delivering technical training in cloud-based technology.
Familiarity with ITIL ticketing systems like Remedy and ServiceNow.
Experience managing Archer GRC.
