Responsibilities
Develop technical tools to solve performance issues and align with artistic and game vision.
Optimize memory and game performance to meet artistic and gameplay goals within project constraints.
Identify and implement art pipeline optimizations and production workflow tools.
Create technical benchmarks, implement optimizations, and monitor game performance.
Collaborate with programmers and multidisciplinary teams to implement technical art features.
Provide technical support, maintain documentation, and share best practices with artists and programmers.

Required
6+ years professional experience in game development
Shipped mobile or AAA game title, especially with work on the project from inception through completion
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties
Developing prototypes in Unity
Developing tooling, workflows, and scripts to help the speed and flexibility of artists
Developing and supporting pipeline and content management
Knowledge and Interest in the following tech-art areas: Shaders, VFX, Scripting, Lighting, Rendering and Post-Effects, SFX, Rigging, and Physics
Proven technical skills in performance, optimization, and implementation
Mobile game development experience
Advanced C# and Unity game engine experience
