Responsibilities

Provide factories with initial specs during the development stages
Lead fit sessions, analyze fit issues and communicate technical corrections to vendors
Gather and organize all notes post fitting for review with the Director of Technical Design
Use the factory pattern to provide technical adjustments on Illustrator/Photoshop
Create and update blocks in the WFX following the Anine Bing catalog as a guide
Maintain and update How to Measure Guide based on codes assigned in the WFX for all categories
Assign and release graded specs at PP approval stage and establish grade rule for new categories
Coordinate fit session, manage W.I.P., and distribute Fit Lists
Support fit model search, casting, and technical processes

Required

7+ years of Fit technician experience and/or Technical Designer; knowledge of pattern making is a plus.
Must have technical experience with multiple product classifications
Must possess a keen eye to identify fit issues and recommend solutions
Must have a strong understanding of garment construction and fabric types
Must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred

Experience using WFX is a plus
