Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the network team.
Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, and video services.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Lead the design and implementation of network solutions.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations and processes.
