Responsibilities
Drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution for system infrastructure underlying Tealium’s product suite
Validate and define customer opportunities through user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis
Work closely with engineering teams and product managers to strengthen backend services and infrastructure
Work across customer-facing teams to understand industry, competitor trends, and market dynamics
Build customer empathy and leverage data to inform strategic and tactical product decisions
Partner with engineering leaders to build innovative technology in an agile environment
Provide prioritization and focus for engineering teams to deliver customer value
Drive product adoption through go-to-market strategies and enablement activities

Required
Intimate knowledge of technical architecture and infrastructure in different settings
5+ years as a Product Manager building SaaS products
Prior experience as an engineer
Success in delivering martech products or solutions across any of the following industries: marketing, eCommerce, retail, travel, digital media, healthcare, or financial services.
A willingness to challenge assumptions, solicit different perspectives, and understand the "why" and not just the "what".
Experience co-developing solutions to problems, prioritizing competing initiatives, and documenting decisions through product specs, user stories, and other artifacts
Previous experience in developing and growing a product at scale
Track record of building relationships that inspire a winning spirit with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
Experience articulating the value in funding new investment of opportunities to senior leadership
High level of accountability and genuine care about the people, processes, and technology involved in making a successful product come to life
BS/BA degree in technology-related field, or equivalent experience
Reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone to ensure optimal collaboration and alignment with team schedules
