Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and execution for major features within our proprietary technology platform.

Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers and other specialists to nurture ideas from concept to effective product launch.

Conduct research with users and customers to identify opportunities to improve employee and customer experience through process optimization and product innovation.

Communicate consistently with stakeholders across the company to drive alignment on strategy, articulate progress, and gather feedback to inform approach.

Partner with Product Marketing and cross-discipline teams to execute informative and clear product launch and adoption processes.

Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and strategy.

Required

4-7 years of Product Management or equivalent experience in an enterprise environment.

Proven experience launching valuable products that produced measurable outcomes for users and/or businesses.

Experience with the end to end product development lifecycle, integrating user feedback into approach, crafting user stories, refining a backlog, making prioritization decisions, and executing launch activities.

Highly collaborative and inspired by the value of strong partnerships with Client Success, Sales, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and UX teammates.

Proven experience managing internal and external stakeholder feedback and expectations in a matrixed environment.

Familiarity with agile and lean development practices.
