Responsibilities
Lead coordination and planning for product-specific and cross-product programs to ensure smooth processes for the team
Work closely with leadership teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives, proactively identifying risks & obstacles with mitigation plans
Manage collaboration between engineering, product, design, and other functions by defining priorities, milestones, and plans
Identify product dependencies, drive alignment and track progress with HCP and Security teams
Create and manage detailed program plans including scope, dependencies, and risks
Own systems for project documentation, status tracking, portfolios, dashboards, and communication between stakeholders
Establish, drive, and improve standards for processes promoting high product delivery standards and team efficiency
Contribute to an environment conducive to great execution culture and remove obstacles to project completion
Work closely with leadership and operational teams on priority and productivity process improvements

Required
5+ years of experience in an R&D program management role driving projects through full product life cycle
Familiarity with HashiCorp products
Knowledge of distributed software architecture and cloud technologies
Proven ability to creatively solve complicated problems
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, understanding of the needs of all stakeholders, and a track record of delivering projects
Experience in a rapid-growth organization, working cross-functionally with teams delivering enterprise software
Strong bias for action and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity
