Responsibilities

Partner with our Product & Design Leadership Team managing the full-cycle recruiting process, sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and managing the offer process
Support and drive talent process improvements, leveraging data to enhance recruitment strategies.
Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals
Be a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to improve the efficiency of the funnel and interview processes
Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top tech talent.
Stay at the forefront of AI and tech advancements to ensure we attract the best talent in the industry.
Build and provide weekly data-driven insights to business leaders in order to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies

Required

6+ years of full-cycle Engineering, Product & Design recruiting experience working with hiring managers and closing candidates. Specifically focusing in hiring top-tier Product Managers
Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from individual contributors to director level positions with a focus on creating a high touch candidate experience
Excellent networker and understand how to effectively engage high caliber candidates; must be able to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise executives on recruiting best practices
Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
Ability to multi-task and operate with little direction while remaining an active team member.
