Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle of innovative programs aimed at improving the efficiency and lowering the cost of Amazon’s next-generation warehouses.
Serve as the liaison between Developmental Engineering, Supply Chain, Systems Engineering, Solutions Design, Analytics, Customer Support, and the Program Office.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional operational and development teams to solve problems and implement new solutions.
Drive continuous process improvement and mentor engineers and technical program managers.

Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
6+ years of technical product or program management experience
Technical product or program management experience
Experience working directly with engineering teams
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Possesses excellent business judgement, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
Preferred
Experience working with the designs of complex automated material handling equipment and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing
Experience in building collaborative partnerships across different engineering and product organizations
Experienced in delivering on multi-year product road maps
Experience in non-technical aspects including idea generation, business analysis, and process optimization
Experience in driving adoption of program management best practices
Skilled in mentoring engineers and technical program managers
