Responsibilities
Lead the effective and efficient delivery of a large, complex technical program and the associated projects
Drive effective cross-functional teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitments across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Manage the overall program, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication, to ensure the successful execution of large complicated product and/or program launches .
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints
Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues, and risks at multiple levels
Ensure all the teams involved are focused on the right solutions for the customer and organization. Understands the consequences of short-term solutions and impact on long-term architecture
Create, maintain, and disseminate program information to stakeholders
Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Partner Development Specialists, Engineering, and other stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize enhancements, and drive the roadmap for the Next-Gen solution onboarding & discovery, and Industry Solutions Fabric initiatives
Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in a cloud computing or software development environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.

Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience in software development
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
