Responsibilities
User-Centric Design: Craft simple, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences by prioritizing user personas at the core of every design decision.
UI Design Leadership: Develop visually compelling user interfaces, including layout designs, color schemes, typography, and interactive elements, ensuring adherence to modern UI standards and accessibility guidelines.
Design Ownership: Lead the end-to-end design process, including information architecture (IA), user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring alignment with established style guides and design principles.
Research and Validation: Partner with the team to identify research needs, conduct user interviews, map user journeys, and gather user feedback before, during, and after development to support a data-driven design approach.
Design Systems Leadership: Build, maintain, and scale design systems, ensuring consistency across applications while driving the adoption of design guidelines, reusable components, and best practices.
Prototyping and Interaction Design: Create interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and explore new interaction patterns, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align UI/UX goals with technical constraints and business objectives, fostering a collaborative and efficient development process.
Accessibility Advocacy: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, making products inclusive and usable for a diverse audience.

Required
10+ years in user experience and user interface design, with a focus on enterprise applications, showcasing a proven ability to design at scale for end-user experiences.
Degree in fields related to Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, or equivalent experience in these areas.
Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and prototyping tools like Axure or InVision.
Demonstrated experience designing enterprise applications, with a portfolio showcasing a balance of user experience insights and strong visual design skills.
Proven success working cross-functionally with globally distributed product and engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade products in high-tech environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating the design process and artifacts, with a keen ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Preferred
Familiarity with creating or enhancing scalable design systems that support complex product ecosystems.
Advanced knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles, ensuring optimal experiences across devices.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience implementing and advocating for WCAG and accessibility best practices in UI design.
Self-starter with ability to define UI/UX priorities and drive their adoption
