Responsibilities

Lead and improve upon the product design process from research to prototypes.

Collaborate with UX Research, fellow designers, and cross-functional teams.

Drive creative thinking and elevate the visual design of the customer experience.

Advocate and design for the customer through objective data.

Contribute to and help manage a design system in Figma.

Advocate design thinking, process, and craft throughout the organization.

Required

8+ years of design experience

Have an available online portfolio

Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards

Preferred

Experience with UX design of complex workflows

Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps

Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, or similar

Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature

Knowledge of usability principles and techniques

Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
