Plan and execute research using a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative methods with an emphasis on campaign measurement.

Generate insights from survey data and customer feedback.

Collaborate with researchers and marketing on research projects.

Work across all of Amazon to drive better research practices and bring attention to business customers.

Required

6+ years of experience in the field of quantitative research

A deep understanding of Market Research, UX research, agile UX, and user-centered design

Broad knowledge of research methodologies and the proven ability to execute the right methodology

Experience across both qualitative and quantitative research methods

Preferred

Masters or PhD degree in an empirical psychology field, or equivalent experience preferred

Experience with advertising campaign research and measurement

Experience with RITE usability method and an understanding of how to impact design and product decisions in a fast-moving and fast-changing development environment Training in psychology

Experience in B2B or B2C e-commerce or financial services
