Required

Expertise and experience working in Sales products UX.

Strong background in design with the ability to create visual assets, including mockups, flows, and concepts. Proficiency in Figma is required.

Demonstrated leadership in experience design, with a focus on strategic, user-centered approaches that deliver high-impact, scalable user experiences.

Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, advocating for the user at every stage of the product development cycle.

Proven ability to operationalize user experience strategies and drive them through to execution.

A degree in User Experience, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent experience.
