Responsibilities
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Build high-level, detailed storyboards to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to leadership across the business.
Organize and structure information effectively to improve findability and discoverability across our websites and applications.
Conduct user testing of sample applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and ease of design.
Support cross-functional teams as needed to design and map online surveys for research through various media platforms to gather customer feedback.
Partner closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure visuals and aesthetics adhere to brand guidelines.
Work alongside Product Managers and engineers throughout all stages of the production cycle.
Analyze data to examine website, app, and/or product performance better to understand omnichannel touchpoints and the full digital experience journey.
Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.
Consistently research user journeys and behavior to create and evolve the information architecture that increases engagement and loyalty with our brand.
Help educate the business by sharing knowledge about user-centered design and research methodologies.

Required
A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in UX Design, Marketing, or a similar field.
5+ years of demonstrated experience as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or similar role.
Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and others.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
5+ years experience and fluency in core design & prototyping tools such as Miro, Figma, Adobe XD, or others.
5+ years experience and expert in user experience (UX) principles and strategies to map content and experiences against target persona(s).
3+ years experience mapping customer journeys while continuously identifying points of friction and opportunities to enhance each user’s experience.
2+ years experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes.
Experience using methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup.
Experience with UX design of complex workflows.
HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience required.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with a startup mentality.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and high-profile initiatives at once.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful storytelling.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred
Experience working with content management systems, including WordPress, Framer, WebFlow, or similar, is preferred but not required.
Experience in live dental or medical industries is preferred but not required.
