Responsibilities

Lead the organization in developing and supporting a key core software system in their environment
Work directly with various business stakeholders across the company to solve tickets and help with their ongoing development and use of the system
Respond to tickets requiring troubleshooting of the system
Handle enhancements, planning, and upgrades of the system
Analyze and determine root cause of issues
Interface with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve problems
Work with business stakeholders and various technical teams
Work well in a team environment and independently

Required

Must have 5+ years of experience in technology support and troubleshooting
Must have 2+ years of experience with WCXP (Insurety) software platform
Must have experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Must have experience with Microsoft Workflow Foundation and Workflow Designer within Visual Studio
Must have the demonstrated mathematics and algebra skills including the ability to solve complex formulas
Must have the ability to translate concepts and information into written format and able to communicate complex concepts
Must have the ability to identify tasks and dependencies in the creation of project plans
Must be able to respond to tickets requiring troubleshooting of the system
Must have experience with development as well as support and configuration of the system
Must have strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Must have strong workflow experience within the software platform
Must be able to handle enhancements, planning, and upgrades of the system
Must have the ability to analyze and determine root cause of issues
Must be able to interface with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve problems
Must have the ability to work with business stakeholders and various technical teams
Must be able to work well in a team environment and independently
Must have strong communication skills

Preferred

Exposure to or experience in working within an Agile project environment. Knowledge of SCRUM, ceremonies, sprint planning, and working with JIRA preferred.
Experience with Imageright is a plus but not required
