Required
Bachelor's degree
A year or more of accounting-related experience.
A knack for producing work with a high-level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
Financial statement understanding.
Debit and credit understanding.
Systems Knowledge in QuickBooks Online, Gusto or Bill.com.
Ability to manage time and workload in a remote environment.
Professional, kind and proactive in all client-facing communication (written and on camera).
Preferred
Experience with accounting for startup, project/service-based companies, and/or omnichannel inventory-based companies.
Advanced experience in client-facing or customer service roles.
Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or other modern e-commerce sales channels.
Working on, or planning to earn a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
