Responsibilities
Weekly and Monthly ACH transfers of client remittances
Monthly Invoice processes include uploading to QBO and distribution to Clients.
A/R follow up to include direct communication with Client management
Accounts Payable bill entry, expense coding, setting up of new accounts as required
Biweekly payroll Journal entries and bank transfers
Business Insurances renewals

Required
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and at least two years' experience required
Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficient in Office365, Microsoft Teams
Strong understanding of QuickBooks Online automation tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to read and analyze data and financial reports with strong critical thinking skills
Time Management Skills - Accuracy, thoroughness, neatness, and timeliness in handling tasks assigned
