Responsibilities

General Ledger Maintenance: Post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and ensure accurate accounting records.

Account Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, including adherence to banking laws and accounting standards (GAAP).

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable/receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.

Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and supporting information.

Fixed Asset Management: Track and record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions, maintaining depreciation schedules.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather data, improve processes, and support bank operations.

Perform other related duties as assigned by Executive VP.
