Responsibilities

Analyze, review, and bill customers according to contract terms.

Code vendor bills to appropriate GL accounts.

Manage vendor relationships and process payments.

Prepare month-end close entries, including prepaid, accruals, fixed assets, and expense allocations.

Compile and analyze financial information to complete the monthly accounting close.

Formulate monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and enter journal entries with comprehensive summaries.

Prepare and maintain schedules that support the financial statements.

Provide accounting support for mergers and acquisitions, including reviewing financial information, converting data to the general ledger system, and preparing financial statements.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Deliver high-level customer service to establish and enhance positive relationships with various divisions.

Perform other accounting functions as assigned by the Vice President of Finance and Accounting Manager.
