Responsibilities

Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense journal entries related to multiple service locations by compiling and analyzing monthly account information and activity.
Perform month-end, quarter-end, annual close and financial reporting procedures.
Prepare monthly balance sheet and expense account reconciliations for multiple service locations.
Support external financial audits by creating support schedules and gathering requested documentation.
Prepare ad-hoc expense variance explanations based on transaction data.
Support process improvements and centralization across the accounting/finance department.
Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external parties of the Company.

Required

Solid understanding of standard financial reports and GAAP guidelines
High degree of attention to detail and understanding and use of spreadsheets
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, vendors, and customers
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting required
2+ years in Accounting functions with increasing levels of responsibility
