Responsibilities

● Process cash applications in a timely and accurate manner

● Assist in documentation/implementation of revenue accounting processes and internal controls & Assist in month-end close process and prepare revenue-related account reconciliations

● Support business processes by partnering with other departments, including but not limited to Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting.

● Participate in various system automation and enhancement projects to promote more timely and accurate financial reporting

● Support requests for either financial or tax authority audit or review and other ad-hoc requests

Required

BS in Accounting

Proven record of problem-solving, taking ownership, and being bold in approaching challenges

Strong communication skills via multiple platforms and tools. Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Team player with strong work ethic

Experience with working in a complex ERP system; Sage Intacct is strongly preferred

Willingness to learn and apply the principles of ASC 606

Efficient with Microsoft Excel

Strong systems orientation with a desire to drive process improvements
