Responsibilities

Defining KPIs and success metrics for new initiatives

Deriving insights on Product adoption by our customers and influencing Product and Go-to-market decisions

Enabling the larger team to learn and optimize by designing and implementing experiments

Building reporting dashboards

Working cross-functionally across different teams and across seniority levels in the org

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field or equivalent work experience.

6+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying quantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems

Experienced in advanced statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation

Competency in analyzing large complex datasets (e.g. clickstream data) is required

Proficient in SQL, data visualization (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight), and scripting languages (Python, R)

Strong data storytelling skills, with a proven ability to rapidly construct impactful visualization, communicate insights and influence leadership

Preferred

Understanding and competency in building ML models (supervised and unsupervised) is highly preferrable
