Responsibilities

• Advanced Project Leadership: Independently lead and deliver high-stakes analytics projects, ensuring strategic alignment and providing actionable insights with a strong focus on quantitative rigor.

• Quantitative Analysis for Strategic Decision-Making: Tackle complex and ambiguous business questions using sophisticated quantitative methods. Extract and communicate insights from Ignite Reading’s data to shape data-informed strategies, directly guiding senior leadership in strategic decision-making.

• Strategic Data Interpretation: Translate intricate data analyses into concise business opportunities, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership to influence key strategic directions.

• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide informal mentorship to junior analysts, offering guidance on analytical techniques, best practices, and project approaches to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Innovative Problem-Solving: Employ advanced skills in DBT or SQL, Python (or a similar language), and Tableau (or equivalent BI tools) to develop innovative solutions for complex analytical challenges.

Required

Mastery of DBT or SQL, Python (or a comparable programming language), and Tableau (or other BI tools).

Proven track record of independently managing large, complex data analytics projects that directly impact business outcomes.

Strong quantitative skills, with experience in applying advanced statistical or modeling techniques to drive strategic insights.

Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, capable of translating complex data insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Minimum of 6 years in data analytics, with a demonstrated history of contributing to high-level strategic initiatives without resource management duties.
