Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day execution of ADP Program Finance activities
Establishing / managing Performance Measurement Baselines
Analyzing and reconciling actual costs
Developing Estimate at Complete (EAC)
Conducting Earned Value analysis and determining appropriate Earned Value techniques
Performing financial cost analyses including cost allocation and controlling costs
Preparing reports and contractual deliverables
Assisting with the development and documentation of corrective action plans
Preparing analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership
